DEVELOP YOUR LEADERSHIP. DEVELOP FUTURE INSTRUCTORS.

Our IDC Staff Development Program is designed for instructors who want to refine their professional teaching abilities, strengthen their evaluation skills, and become an essential part of the instructional team at an IDC centre.

This program builds on your existing teaching experience and prepares you for leadership roles within professional-level training — whether you want to support full IDCs, mentor new instructors, or work toward PADI Master Instructor and eventually Course Director.

Guided by Ed Bosworth, you will receive structured mentoring, staff-level workshops, evaluation experience, and the opportunity to support real instructor candidates during an IDC.
